STORY (Strengthening the Training Opportunities for InteRnational Youth) launching conference in Brussels on 12th of September 2014.
STORY project, which is a project initiated by Erasmus Student Network and funded with support from the European Commission, will have its launching conference at the beginning of September. The main aim of the project is to improve the accessibility and quality of international placements and to increase the awareness regarding the existence of such opportunities for youth. In order to do this, a research that analyses the impact and quality of study and training mobility programmes will be comitted and. At the same time, a web platform (erasmusintern.org) that aims at bringing together traineeship providers and students looking for a traineeship is being developed.
At the launching conference, the first results of the research will be presented and the web platform will be launched. The conference will be kindly hosted by the European Economic and Social Committee on 12th of September.
The conference will be attended by national research coordinators, students involved in the project, partners of the project as well as important stakeholders in the area of study and training mobility. The launching conference will be the preceded by a one-day intensive training session.
