Kick-Off Meetings

Wed, 22/01/2014

In order to start STORY project in the better way possible, we organize 3 meetings (held last November). Thanks to these meetings we made a huge step for development of the STORY project!

STORY Kick-off meeting
This was the official kick-off with the management team. We had been working for a couple of weeks on precise planning of the project. The outline was presented, particular ideas were listed, tasks were divided and we make everyone aware of what is going to happen with the project. For the entire day we were discussing the collaboration with the associate partners, the timeline of every promotional aspect, the obligations we have and most of all the ambitions and expectations about the project.

STORY Research Team meeting
STORY project consists of two parts: Research on training mobility and Creation of an online platform to match companies and institutions offering internships based on international agreements with young Europeans seeking a training abroad. The first part is conducted by a Research Team. STORY research part is supported by valuable ESN volunteers with extensive experience with the design of surveys and the analysis of the collected data. So for this meeting three members of the team arrived to Brussels for two days to work on the project.

STORY Advisory Team meeting
Another part of the story about STORY. We have an Advisory Team from our associated partner organisations:

Campus Europae,
UNICA (Network of Universities from the Capitals of Europe),
EAEC (European Association of Erasmus Coordinators),
CHE Consult,
and StudyPortals

You can see more information about them in the Partners page.
This ‘panel of experts’ helps will the development of the project with their precious experience specially in what regards its Quality Assurance.
The Advisory Team spent one day with the Management and Research Team analyzing the plan they discussed so far. Hopefully you will hear about some progress very soon.

This is how the STORY began.
